My Story

I have been creating for as long as I can remember. Before college I had already been accepted for exhibit in the Oklahoma City University 20 High School Competition (2016), accepted for exhibit in the Youth Impression Photography Competition (2017), accepted for exhibit in the State Fair of Oklahoma (2017), I had an honorable mention at the Oklahoma Camera Club Youth Photography Contest (2017), and received a State Superintendent award for art excellence in the area of visual art (2018).

I have explored many different areas of interest and new mediums now that I am in college. Film photography, painting (acrylic, watercolor, spraypaint), digital art, design (print and web), printmaking, and more. I have attempted to learn as much as I can and pursue any opportunity I possibly can. I participated in a service learning class that served the community by building and decorating Cat Houses (2018) for local feral cats that had been ‘fixed’ and released back into communities to help control pest population. I also served the community on a project with Sunbeam Services by collaborating with a team on a mural for a local day care (2019) that brightened the day of many children.

Quarantine led to the creation of the Etsy store, TheEpicContinues (2020) my best friend and I co-own. I primarily organize and run our art business. We were vendors at SoonerCon (2019), it was our first in person event and we planned to do more, but by the time we had set aside funds for table and festival fees COVID had struck. We were participating artists, as well as venders at the Steamroller Print Festival (2021).I was a participating artist in the local Steamroller Print festival (2019),  where local artists and printmakers gathered and taught the community about the craft/skill. I was accepted to exhibit at the DNA galleries show unified (2020). I participated as an artist as well as a vender at the Steamroller festival April 24th 2021.
